Half a billion dollar was donated to American Red Cross to help rebuild Haiti. $500, millions dollars!! Haitian population is 10 million. If 1 million USD was given to each Haitian for five years, and employed Haitians to rebuild their country, the country would be in a lot better state than it is now. The Red Cross will still have $450 million left to spend in coordinating the rebuilding of Haiti, if indeed they meant well.
